This Site is intended for licensed insurance agents, agencies, and other business professionals interested in our services as a Field Marketing Organization ("FMO"). It is not directed to consumers seeking to enroll in Medicare or other insurance products. If you are a consumer looking for insurance coverage, please contact a licensed agent directly.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to:
- Information collected offline (in person, by phone, or by mail) outside of the Site, except where specifically noted.
- Information collected through our internal agent platform (GoGuruX) or other authenticated systems, which are governed by separate agreements and notices.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, banking information, National Producer Numbers (NPN), or other sensitive contracting data through the public Site. Those data elements are collected only through separate, secure contracting workflows after an agent expresses interest.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including:

Opt out, update, or delete your data
Use our secure intake form to submit a verified request to access, correct, delete, or stop receiving communications from Brock Partners. You can also use it to opt out of email or SMS marketing.
8.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)

- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, purposes, and categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (services of interest); internet or other electronic network activity (browsing/click data); geolocation (approximate, from IP); professional information (agency, licensure); and inferences drawn from the above.
Categories disclosed for a business purpose: identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and professional information — disclosed to service providers as described in Section 5.
Sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA.
Sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we do not use or disclose any such information for purposes that would trigger the right to limit under CCPA/CPRA.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). Although we do not engage in sale or sharing as defined under CCPA/CPRA, we honor GPC browser signals and treat them as a request to opt out should our practices change.
Authorized Agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require verification of your identity and the agent's authority.
Verification. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request, typically by matching information you provide with information already in our records.
8.2 Other Comprehensive State Privacy Laws
If you reside in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Tennessee, Rhode Island, or another state that has enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have the right to:

We do not engage in targeted advertising, sale of personal information, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, so opt-out rights related to those practices are not applicable to data we process through the Site.
8.3 Nevada
Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to make certain sales of covered personal information by contacting us at the email below. As stated above, we do not currently sell personal information.

9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at support@brockpartners.com and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Marketing Communications
If you opt in to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, by submitting our Privacy Request Form, or by contacting us at support@brockpartners.com. We will continue to send transactional and relationship communications (e.g., responses to your inquiries) as permitted by applicable law.
If you receive SMS or phone communications from us, standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by submitting our Privacy Request Form. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and obtain prior express written consent where required.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including those of insurance carriers, service providers, and corporate affiliates. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
